The best rate assurance program does not include the following packages, rates or offers:

• Special negotiated corporate, travel agent, association, owners club or group rates that have been specifically negotiated by Sunriver Resort.
• Bundled packages that include airfare, car, amenities and hotel accommodations.
• Bundled packages that include taxes, service charges, dinner, spa or golf components, or any other added amenity or coupons.
• Bookings found on opaque Internet sites. (An opaque site does not include the hotel name, precise location, or other information providing the properties identity until after the time of booking.)
• AAA, AARP, government or any other types of discounted rates. The program does not include other charges such as taxes, service fees, resort fees, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, Internet, movie or phone charges and any other fees incurred during your stay. If the rate is found in a different currency, we will convert the rate into US dollars based on the day received.
